Today I realized another importance of challenging yourself. In life, one of the biggest challenges we face is not the obstacles outside of us, but the obstacles within us. It's the battle between you verSUS You. This battle is about overcoming self-doubt, fears, and limiting beliefs that hold us back from achieving our full potential.

When I engage in the you verSUS You battle, I learn to overcome negative self-talk and self-sabotage. you must learn to recognize and challenge the beliefs that holds YOU back, such as "I'm not good enough," or "I'll never be able to do that." By challenging these beliefs and replacing them with positive affirmations, you can build a stronger, more resilient mindset to transform to YOU.

My coach asked "What will the YOU of tomorrow do today to become the YOU of tomorrow," I paused and realized that the battle of success or starting the journey to success starts with you transforming to become the new YOU. A keyword is CHANGE, something that can be awkward, annoying, may be a new uncomfortable experience and can just be scary.

Fear is a natural emotion, but it can hold you back from achieving goals living up to the new YOU potential. Whether it's fear of failure, fear of success, or fear of the unknown, you must learn to confront fears and take action. By facing fears head-on, you build courage and confidence, you become better and equipped to handle future challenges. Next time you are faced with fear, try to look at it from a different angle.

My coach told a story about when she was a field representative for a telecommunication company, she was hesitant to door knock companies in her territories because of the fear of rejection. She learnt that if she didn't knock on the doors then she wouldn't have the funnel or prospect to succeed. She got creative and decided to look at door knocking from another lens. Originally she would go straight to business locations and ask to speak to the IT admin with no appointment. That process had little to no percentage of getting access to the POC because companies typically do not like being solicited . Instead she changed her approach and tells the receptionist that her company has recently installed towers and she is in the area looking to run network test to ensure optimum connectivity is present. Everyone wants to make sure they have good coverage in their facility and so she will actually run the network test, generate the results and ask if the IT director was present so she could send them the network report. Her engagement rate increased from 0% to 60%. She would always get the receptionist to call over the IT director for a quick preliminary discussion or take the POC information and or leave her contact details in the event where no one is around. She was successful to creatively look at fear from a creative and different angle.

Another important aspect of the you verSUS You battle is the need to avoid comparing ourselves to others. It's easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others and feeling inadequate or envious. But when we compare ourselves to others, we lose sight of our unique strengths and talents. Instead, you must focus on your own journey and progress, and celebrate your own successes and accomplishments. you must stay in your lane to transform YOU.

Ultimately, the you verSUS You battle is about becoming the best version of yourself. It's about recognizing your potential, challenging yourself, and striving for growth and self-improvement. you must learn to be creative, embrace the challenges and setbacks that come your way and use them as opportunities for growth and learning. By adopting a growth mindset, you can overcome your inner obstacles and achieve your goals to become the new YOU.

In conclusion, the you verSUS You battle is one of the most important battles we will face in life. It's about overcoming self-doubt, fears, and limiting beliefs that hold us back from achieving our full potential. By challenging ourselves, confronting our fears, avoiding comparisons, and adopting a growth mindset, we can become the best version of ourselves and achieve great success and fulfillment in life.

Good luck in becoming the new YOU

The median list price in Texas is $384,900 and the average price per square foot is $173. In MA, housing market is somewhat competitive. Homes in Boston receive 3 offers on average and sell in around 37 days.

The average sale price of a home in Boston is $749K. There are several factors that contribute to the difference in housing prices between Texas and Massachusetts or New York, including:

  1. Cost of living: The cost of living in Texas is generally lower than in Massachusetts or New York. This means that the cost of goods and services, including housing, is lower.

  2. Population density: Massachusetts and New York are two of the most densely populated states in the US, which drives up the demand for housing and makes it more expensive. Texas, on the other hand, has a lower population density, which means there is less competition for housing.

  3. Supply and demand: There is a greater supply of housing in Texas compared to Massachusetts or New York, which helps keep prices lower. Additionally, Texas has experienced a construction boom in recent years, which has added to the supply of housing.
